Monday-Friday 10 am - 6 pm
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY GARMENT TO SHIP?
Because we are a custom boutique and we sew each order by hand standard delivery time is between 2- 4 weeks depending on the volume of orders received. please allow your payment to process and our order processing time to begin before inquiring about your order. Once your order is shipped you will then receive a tracking number to track your order. I’m regards to holidays their may be delays. So please be patient.
HOW SOON IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
ASAP the sooner the better. All prom orders should be placed 3-4 months in advance.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
If you are unsure of how to take your measurements and are local I can gladly assist you to help make placing your order easy. If you aren't local you have 3 options: #1 you can go to your local fabric store or a seamstress to have them take your order, #2 you can look on youtube to see how to take measurements, #3 you can give us a call and we can walk you through the process. Please try to ensure you give the most accurate measurements as possible.
HOW DO I ADD MY MEASUREMENTS TO MY ORDER?
Once you select the garment(s) you want, you will then head to the checkout cart. Once you get to the checkout cart you will see the "ADD MEASUREMENTS BOX" this is where you will include your measurements for us at S.Denton Collection to see.
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOMER ORDER IF I DON'T SEE A GARMENT ON THE SITE THAT BEST SUITS ME OR MY EVENT?
YES, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a picture or description of what you wish to have constructed and you will be given a quote. Once you approve the quote, you will be asked to fill out a contract going over everything in detail as well as our policies and procedures.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because we custom make each of our garments to fit your given measurements we ABSOLUTELY can not give refunds nor can we exchange merchandise. Alterations can be made for free for the first time. If further alterations need to be made after the first you may be responsible for extra labor fees.
Rush Orders can be placed by emailing us at S.email@example.com. Include in the subject bar RUSH ORDER and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. All rush orders are responsible for the rush order fee of $60 on top of what the garment will cost to be made.
