 WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

 Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm est. 

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Please advise all made to order items can take up to 10-14 business days. All other manufactured items can take up to 3-5 business days. Should you not see movement with tracking please reach out to USPS. 

 

HOW SOON IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

As soon as possible. Keep in mind of USPS delivery hours as well as when you should need your item(s). 

HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

If you are unsure of how to take your measurements and are local I can gladly assist you to help make placing your order easy.  If you aren't local you have 3 options: #1 you can go to your local fabric store or a seamstress to have them take your order, #2 you can look on youtube to see how to take measurements, #3 you can give us a call and we can walk you through the process.  Please try to ensure you give the most accurate measurements as possible.

  

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOMER ORDER IF I DON'T SEE A GARMENT ON THE SITE THAT BEST SUITS ME OR MY EVENT?

  

YES,  you can email us at sdentoncollection@gmail.com.  Please include a picture or description of what you wish to have constructed and you will be given a quote.  Once you approve the quote, you will be asked to fill out a contract going over everything in detail as well as our policies and procedures.  

  

RUSH ORDERS

 Rush Orders can be placed by emailing us at S.dentoncollection@gmail.com. Include in the subject bar RUSH ORDER and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.  All rush orders are responsible for the rush order fee of $60 on top of what the garment will cost to be made.
